Lending Library

As a chapter, one of our goals is to serve the Acworth/Dallas area by providing a vibrant and inclusive library of books and resources for our community. Currently, our library of 100+ books hosts an array of books targeted for readers of all ages and covers a plethora of different genres.

Requirements for Check-Out

To borrow a book from our library, an adult (18+) must sign off on the request. For children, the signing adult must be a parent or guardian figure.

How to Borrow a Book

1. PICK A BOOK

Whether at a PFLAG meeting or looking at our booklist online, your journey starts with selecting a book to read and notifying the chapter president or librarian.

2. FILL OUT A CONTACT CARD

Provide your name, address, and phone number to the board member handling your lending library check-out.

3. READ

Enjoy the read, but remember our lending library’s care instructions.

4. RETURN

Bring the book back during the next PFLAG meeting or by the indicated due date at checkout.
